The project has a duration of 24 months (01/10/08-30/09/10). The duration of each workpackage (WP) is defined in the following timetable

The project can be divided into two groups, one related to composites and the other one related to curtain walls. The first group involves WP3-6 while the second group involves WP 7-9. However, any change in any of the WPs will lead to a change in both groups. So, all WPs are tightly interconnected. The following scheme represents the project structure.
